All-round administration of the Microsoft 365 stack. That includes but not limited to the onboarding of the SSO applications including the conditional access and SCIM, migration from AD FS, introducing PIM, leading the transition to a cloud-based password hash sync authentication (including the seamless SSO and hybrid joined devices) from the federated on-premises, implementing the company-wide MFA and SSPR policies from Microsoft Entra ID, monitoring the risky activities and implementing other measures to protect users, implementing the CIS hardening in cloud, assisting with the company-wide Copilot rollout and implementation, acting as a technical lead for the project of migration from Cisco Webex to Microsoft Teams, assisting IT Security with Defender and Purview policies, monitoring and governing licence usage (mostly with VLSC and dynamic groups), holding workshops to the L2/L3 colleagues on the best practices Microsoft Entra stack can bring, implementing Microsoft Graph scripting for the monitoring, reporting, and administrative tasks (PowerShell).

I've also been involved in the projects of migration to Exchange Online and covering several tasks in Microsoft Azure.

In addition to that, assisting L2 with the project, guiding them with the scripts, remediation, configuration policies like LAPS or additional restrictions, compliance policies, and application installation. Providing them with the MAM policy guidelines in Microsoft Intune.

Until March 2026, these duties were combined with my previous roles.

Managing Windows Servers, AD/GPOs, and a company-wide password vault (Passwordstate); working closely with the IT Security team on achieving the compliance rate of at least 85% for Wintel member servers. Providing the company-wide PowerShell scripts, including the ones to raise JIRA tickets upon connection and sign-off with an interactive GUI for the company PAM system.
